By profession, Rajitha Goonathilaka is a Quantity Surveyor with over 13 years of experience in the construction industry, covering both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages. He is actively engaged in Contract Administration, Claims Preparation, Dispute Avoidance, and consultancy as a party representative.
Rajitha holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management and an MSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Birmingham City University, UK. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a Member of the Association of Practicing Quantity Surveyors & Estimators (Sri Lanka).
