Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), with a multidisciplinary academic and professional background in law, security sciences, investigations and public administration. Holds a Master’s degree in Private Law, a Bachelor’s degree in Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Security Sciences.
Over 25 years of professional experience encompassing leadership, supervision, investigations, administration and legal work, including regulatory and dispute-related matters. Legal experience includes representing cases and appearing before the Saudi administrative judiciary (Board of Grievances), with practical experience in litigation, legal argument, case analysis and administrative law.
Professional and academic interests include domestic and international arbitration, private law and alternative dispute resolution, with a particular research interest in the intersection of arbitration, emerging technologies and artificial intelligence, including their legal and procedural implications for arbitral proceedings and decision-making.
