I am a Civil Engineer with over 21 years professional experience encompassing formulation of transport policy, planning, project preparation, feasibility studies, design and construction contract management of transport infrastructure encompassing roads, rail and a port. I have also worked on municipal water supply and a micro-hydropower projects.
