Experienced Cost & Commercial Manager with over 17 years of experience working on various construction projects across KSA, UAE and Egypt. These projects include commercial, residential, healthcare facilities, high rise, industrial buildings, fit-out, infrastructure, and mixed-use developments. I am proficient in both consultancy and contracting practices, including pre-contract and post-contract stages.
Having a broad knowledge and technique in all aspects of Quantity Surveying, Budget forecasting, Cost planning, Cost estimations, Value engineering, Tendering and Commercial Management.
