A Built Environment Entrepreneur With over 22 years of expertise in the industry. I am a chartered quantity surveyor and proudly a member of both RICS and CIArb. My passion lies in crafting cost-effective, sustainable solutions for complex projects across various sectors.

As the Founder & CEO of AAA Consultancy, one of the ME region and Egypt's first national chartered and regulated surveying practices, I lead a dedicated team delivering top-tier cost management, quantity surveying, project management and management consultancy services to premier clients like EMAAR, Al-Futtaim, and IMKAN. My MBA in Finance and Investment, coupled with my proficiency in feasibility studies, value management, contract management, dispute resolution, and risk management, empowers me to support clients through every project phase.

Active within the community, I serve as the Chair of the Egypt Regional Advisory Board, have contributed to the Global Professional Statement in Cost Prediction Working Group and a Branch Committee Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. My commitment is to advance the profession and industry, fostering innovation and excellence.
