Emma Morris is a London-based family lawyer with over 30 years’ experience advising on complex divorce, financial remedy and children matters. She has extensive experience acting in high-value and international cases, including those involving complex asset structures, businesses and cross-border issues.
Emma regularly advises high-net-worth individuals, senior executives and professionals across a range of sectors. Her practice includes financial claims on divorce, Schedule 1 applications for unmarried parents and relocation disputes concerning children.
Alongside her legal practice, Emma is collaboratively trained, a member of Resolution and a practising family law arbitrator. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and also conducts private Financial Dispute Resolution hearings (private FDRs), helping families resolve disputes outside the court process.
