Ibrahim Hussain FCIArb is an award-winning Mediator, Arbitrator, and Author with global expertise in commercial and complex dispute resolution. Founder of Sulha Solutions, he serves on Ontario’s Mandatory Mediation Program, the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society, and the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre (VanIAC), where he sits on both the Expedited Procedures Arbitration Panel and the Mediation Panel. A recognized faith leader, Ibrahim pioneered the first global mediation certificate for faith leaders, combining professional expertise with cross-cultural and ethical insight to advance effective, sustainable dispute resolution. His latest publication, a modern guide to Muslim dispute resolution, has been widely adopted internationally—added to the McGill Islamic Studies Library, listed in the Justice Institute of British Columbia library, and recognized by leading Islamic scholars—highlighting his significant contributions to advancing the practice and understanding of ethical dispute resolution worldwide.
