Personal bio
I am a judge of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, specialising in high value commercial disputes and an active member of my branch committee.
In private practice, I acted as party representative in a number of international arbitrations concerning product liability or insurance issues, including Bermuda form arbitrations, and in professional negligence claims against service providers, particularly in a funds context.
I have acted as sole arbitrator in arbitrations concerning insurance cover and damages issues in product liability.
