Personal bio

Dedicated Legal officer (Land Adjudication Officer) and Dispute Resolution Specialist with a proven track record in land adjudication, legal advisory, and conflict resolution. Combining strong academic legal grounding with technical proficiency, I navigate complex regulatory environments to deliver fair, efficient, and transparent outcomes for public bodies and private stakeholders alike.

Currently serving as Land Adjudicator and Advisor of the Board, I regularly advise board members on high-stakes regulatory decisions, land allocation policy, and statutory compliance. My background encompasses hands-on experience as a Principal Attorney I and Principal Adjudication Officer II, alongside practical skills in legal drafting and Computer-Aided Drafting (AutoCAD).

Holding an LLB (Hons) with Upper Second-Class Honours (2:1) and designation as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), I actively apply rigorous legal analysis to global commercial arbitration, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Complementing my legal expertise, I hold a CPD-accredited Diploma in Cyber Security from Oxford Home Study Centre, covering computer forensics, security policies, and risk management planning; positioning me at the intersection of legal strategy, technology, and data governance.

My credentials include specialized training in International Law and Dispute Arbitration from Universiteit Leiden and Acacia University, as well as recognition for excellence including the 2022 Board Secretary's Choice Award at the Ngwaketse Land Board. I am deeply passionate about advancing innovative legal strategies, modernizing dispute resolution frameworks, and promoting equitable, institutional governance.
