Manohar Samal MCIArb is a Partner at Ratan Samal Associates LLP having rights of audience before Indian Courts, Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts and the Astana International Financial Centre Court. He is specialized in dispute resolution of tax, customs and commercial arbitration cases. He is empanelled with Delos Dispute Resolution (DDR), Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM) and the Centre for Online Resolution of Disputes (CORD) as an Arbitrator and has presided over few Arbitrations as a Sole Arbitrator.
