Manohar Samal MCIArb is a Partner at Ratan Samal Associates LLP having rights of audience before Indian Courts, Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts, Singapore International Commercial Court, Bahrain International Commercial Court and the Astana International Financial Centre Court. He is specialized in dispute resolution of tax, customs and commercial arbitration cases. He is empanelled with Delos Dispute Resolution (DDR) and the Centre for Online Resolution of Disputes (CORD) as an Arbitrator and has presided in more than 50 Arbitrations as a Sole Arbitrator. He has received the 5th BW Legal World 30 Under 30 Award 2025.
