A senior and experienced arbitration, litigation and disputes lawyer, I am one of four Australian designees to the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) appointed until 2030.

I am also a member of the Beijing Arbitration Centre / Beijing International Arbitration Centre Eighth Panel of Arbitrators and the Chinese Arbitration Association.

I am fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin) and Japanese, both spoken and written.

I have been responsible for the conduct of numerous cross-border arbitrations for multimillion dollar disputes under ICC Rules, SIAC Rules, CIETAC Rules and UNCITRAL Rules. I am also an experienced arbitral secretary in ICC arbitrations where I have assisted with procedural aspects, research and preparation of procedural orders and awards.

In 2024, I was independently recommended as an Arbitration Lawyer in Australia by Doyle’s Guide to Leading Lawyers.

I have worked with top tier law firms in Australia, China, Japan and Taiwan.

With more than 20 years of experience helping clients to resolve their multimillion dollar cross-border disputes, I advise clients on strategy, risk management frameworks, regulatory and compliance requirements, and management of internal investigations. I also have experience in corporate governance, regulatory and compliance.

My industry experience spans energy, oil and gas, mining and resources, power, infrastructure and investor-state disputes.A senior and experienced arbitration, litigation and disputes lawyer, I am one of four Australian designees to the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) appointed until 2030.
