Personal bio

I am a commercial litigation and commercial arbitration lawyer. My practice covers a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, thermal power, renewable energy, commodities, transportation, hospitality and trade.

I advise and represent clients in arbitrations seated in United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Hong Kong, India, and the UK, amongst others.

I appear in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations conducted under all the main arbitral rules, including those of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, International Chamber of Commerce, and London Court of International Arbitration.

I also appear before the DIFC Courts and ADGM Courts.

I deploy effective oral and written advocacy skills to secure commercially viable resolution to disputes.

As an independent arbitrator, I am appointed as sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and presiding arbitrator. I am empaneled with Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Dubai International Arbitration Centre, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and Asian International Arbitration Centre. I am a Member, CIArb.
