Kieran is a practising Barrister, Accredited Mediator, and Arbitrator. Kieran holds a Degree in Engineering in addition to his legal qualifications. He has a broad range of experience in litigation of a technical nature. Kieran's relevant experience involves disputes in the areas of insurance law, family law, consumer law-related disputes, property and land-related disputes, construction and contract disputes related to the provision of services and supply of machinery/products. Kieran is available for engagement as a Mediator, Arbitrator, Conciliator or under the direct professional access scheme for the provision of legal advice which can assist his clients in resolving their issues in an efficient and cost effective manner.
