I help manage and resolve workplace, civil-commercial and community situations, conflicts, disagreements and disputes that arise from time to time during the course of business, restoring peace of mind, saving time and money and keeping people moving.
I provide:
• Dispute Resolution - professional intermediary services including negotiation, facilitation and mediation to explore issues, achieve resolution and implement solutions that last.
• Advisory – practical advice, guidance and support to help resolve difficult or complex conflict situations in real-time.
• Executive Coaching and Training - for individuals and groups in negotiation, mediation and dispute resolution.
I have conducted over 30 mediations and more than 75 conflict coaching cases. In addition I have over two decades of experience in the procurement, negotiating and contracting space, across a number of sectors, in the UK, Europe and Africa. I live in the UK and Kenya and work internationally.
I have an MBA from Imperial College, London, and an MSc from The London School of Economics. I'm a member of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). I'm an Accredited Commercial Mediator with Conflict Dynamics in South Africa.
