Personal bio

Creig Kinch is a General Counsel, Board Secretary, and commercial attorney‑at‑law who advises boards and executive leadership on governance, complex transactions, and risk management. He currently serves as General Counsel and Secretary to the Board at Millennium Challenge Account‑Belize, where he supports the implementation of a USD 125 million U.S. government‑funded program focused on education reform and reducing energy costs.

Creig brings broad experience spanning both private practice and in‑house counsel roles. He previously spent a decade with the Sol Group, providing legal support on regional operations, major commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Earlier in his career, he practiced at one of Barbados’ leading commercial law firms, developing a strong foundation in litigation, secured lending, and property law.

In addition to his legal practice, Creig has contributed to legal education as a tutor in Property Law modules within the Property Management program at the Barbados Community College. His combined experience across advisory, transactional, and governance matters positions him as a trusted partner to organizations navigating complex legal and regulatory environments.
