Peter is a dual qualified Chartered Surveyor and Arbitrator. Peter holds a Masters at Law and is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. His primary involvement is within the construction industry and international construction contracts. He has been commissioned as assistant to expert witness and counsel assistant. His current role is a dispute resolver for a Qatari government sponsored property development. Over the past two years he has overseen the settlement of numerous high value contract disputes. Most of the disputes have centered on contract entitlement to prolongation and disruption costs. Commissions includes the preparation and submission of expert statements. Peter has extensive experience in commercial arbitration. He regularly contributes to the arbitral process as expert witness and advisor in the preparation and submittal of expert quantum reports and claimant submissions.
