Mr Kamyar (Sajad) Oladi FCIArb

Kamyar S. Oladi, FCIArb, is a Partner at Rezvanian International Law Firm and acts as counsel and arbitrator in institutional and ad hoc proceedings. He acts as counsel in ICC, ACIC and ad hoc arbitrations and has served as arbitrator in domestic and international proceedings. His practice focuses on disputes arising from construction, EPC/EPCF, energy and infrastructure projects, commercial and corporate arrangements, and intellectual property and technology matters.
He is admitted to practise in Iran through the Iranian Central Bar Association as an Attorney and Counselor-at-Law. Before joining Rezvanian International, he served as Senior Legal Counsel at the Tehran Regional Arbitration Centre (TRAC), where his work included arbitral case administration, tribunal support, rules revision and the publication of arbitral awards.
