Personal bio
Has conducted over 900 mediations since 1995 in most commercial sectors to include several conciliations. Also has arbitrated regularly since 1993 and adjudicated occasionally since 2000. Has taught ADR on the Construction Dispute Resolution MSc at Leeds Beckitt university for over 20 years to 2025. Courses include advanced mediation courses in the UK, Italy, Mauritius and elsewhere.
