I am a duly qualified English Solicitor-Advocate and German Rechtsanwalt and live and work in both Europe and Saudi Arabia. I manage dispute and transaction teams across jurisdictions and cultures. Navigating complex legal landscapes for private and public clients in both worlds since 2008.

DISPUTES

I act as party representative in contractual, construction and engineering disputes, both institutional and ad hoc. In complex multi-jurisdictional cases, I also centrally manage legal strategies, pleadings, discovery, and coordination with expert witnesses and investigators. Leveraging a global network of local counsel, I assemble and oversee litigation teams for complex, multi-jurisdictional cases.

- Lead Counsel in a € 2,000,000 ICC arbitration for the largest water factory in the Middle East Alzamil for Industry, Transport and Trade over an engineering fault in a German factory installation.

- Lead Counsel in an ad hoc LMAA arbitration under a MYBA Charter Agreement for a London based HNWI winning a full repayment of the Charter Fee including damages, legal and arbitrator fees.

-Lead-Coordinator of multiple proceedings globally for the heirs of the late Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister Abdulrahman Mansouri, during which at the London commercial court assets were discovered worth $ 30,000,000.

CORPORATE LAW

Acting effectively as in-house general counsel, I support directors and shareholders in managing global group structures and subsidiaries almost anywhere in the world. This includes selling companies and businesses, conducting capital increases, entering into joint ventures and overseeing corporate governance matters.

- Secured the release of SAR 10,000,000 of trapped cash in the Saudi bank account of TipTop GmbH (Saudi branch) a subsidiary of the German Rema Konzern

- Represented shareholders in a share sale negotiation of a Saudi Aramco GES+ company

- Carried out the global restructuring of a London based technology company, setting up new entities, coordinating share sales, notarisations and tax advice.
