Professor Mohamed Sameh Amr Prof. of Law and Dean Faculty of Law, Cairo Univ.

Prof. Dr. Amr serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Cairo University and is a Professor of International Law. He is the Founding Partner of Amr and Partners (Egypt) and The Consultants – Amr and Partners (UAE).
As an independent arbitrator, he is a member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators and Conciliators and is listed with several leading international arbitration institutions. Prof. Dr. Amr has extensive experience in more than 80 commercial and investment arbitration cases, serving variously as presiding arbitrator, co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator, and legal counsel.
