Jonathan T.K. Cohen is an experienced and effective attorney, arbitrator and mediator in the area of complex commercial arbitration, litigation, transactions, and alternative dispute resolution, including the resolution of disputes involving commercial, real estate, financial services, construction, valuation, and other business-related conflicts. Jonathan has served as an arbitrator of about 85 matters, working as a sole arbitrator, panel chair, and panel member, with most appointments occurring through service on the commercial and construction panels of the American Arbitration Association.
