Jonathan T.K. Cohen is an experienced and effective arbitrator, mediator and attorney specializing in complex commercial arbitration, litigation, commercial transactions, and alternative dispute resolution, including the resolution of disputes involving commercial real estate, financial services, construction, valuation, and other business-related conflicts. Jonathan has served as an arbitrator of about 90 matters, working as a sole arbitrator, panel chair, and panel member. Most appointments have occurred through service on the commercial and construction panels of the American Arbitration Association.
