Personal bio
I am currently a partner in Foley Hoag's International Litigation and Arbitration Department, having moved from Sidley Austin in early 2025.
With 25+ years of international experience in dispute resolution, my goals include to grow my practice as an arbitrator. Expertise includes:

•	Disputes concerning regulated industries, including access to facilities and technology
•	Public international law, particularly treaty interpretation, trade law, investment law and the law of the sea
•	Dispute resolution procedure, drawing on extensive experience as counsel before diverse tribunals
