Personal bio
Suzana is a construction contract claims specialist and arbitrator with over 30 years of experience working for private and public sector clients on major energy, resources, social, and transport infrastructure projects throughout Australia.
Suzana gained extensive training in the structural engineering discipline before obtaining an engineer of architecture degree and specialising in advanced structural engineering.
She used her training and experience as a reference point for the project, and program strategies and methodologies for the analysis of project delivery problems, shortfalls, and failures. Suzana enjoys working on resolving disputes on complex and time-demanding infrastructure projects.
Suzana is a fellow arbitrator with the CIARB and holds a Master of Law degree (LLM) in Construction Law and International Arbitration. Most recently, Suzana has been appointed as the sole arbitrator on ten arbitration cases under the ABTA Arbitration Rules 2018.
