Mohammed Elayyan, a distinguished arbitrator and expert in civil engineering and law, specializing in largescale infrastructure projects. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a professional engineer, he brings nearly two decades of expertise in construction and infrastructure sectors. Elayyan profound involvement has been instrumental in the completion of myriad complex engineering projects in Qatar, some of which are globally recognized for their significance and efficiency.
Throughout his career, Elayyan has managed numerous high-stakes disputes and represented prominent clients and institutions across various sectors, including construction, oil & Gas, infrastructure, and commerce. He is known for his expert opinions and analytical reports on technical, contracts, quantum, and delay disputes, which he provides to courts and arbitral tribunals under multiple jurisdictions.
