I am a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at Haidermota & Co., Karachi, with over thirteen years of legal practice. I have been associated with Haidermota & Co. for the past ten years, one of Pakistan’s leading and most established law firms.
My practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, and regulatory advisory, with particular expertise in the company, banking, energy, infrastructure, and financial services, and corporate governance sectors. I regularly appear before the High Courts Court of Pakistan, regulatory authorities, and arbitral tribunals.
I advise leading domestic and multinational clients on contentious and pre-contentious strategy and cross-border disputes, and have been involved in proceedings conducted under various institutional and ad hoc frameworks.
