I am the first and only woman in Uzbekistan with more than 15 years of experience in managing and consulting international construction projects worth up to 170 million US dollars and the first and so far the only FIDIC Certified Consulting Engineer in Central Asia.
I activity consist in advising private business and the public sector, including Ministries and State Companies of the Republic of Uzbekistan related to international construction projects, including the largest in their importance. My competencies and experience include not only excellent knowledge of FIDIC procedures, but also all areas of management: risk management, quantity and quality management, which is necessary in the management of claims and disputes and in their resolution.
Considering my first higher education (mathematics and information modeling), I am strong feature is financial risk assessment and damage assessment in claims and disputes. The maximum value of the claim, which was fully accepted by the counterparty, is $ 23 million. The dispute was considered by the ICC Paris.
I completed additional degree in law at Tashkent State University of Law.
I am also a Practitioner of Chartered Quality Institute, a Member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation since 2021, a Mediator, and an Arbitrator of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan (ICAC), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Austrian Arbitration Association.
And I am also Member of KNAPEC Kazakhstan National Association of Consulting Engineers and the Member of the Board of Uzbekistan Road Association.
In 2025, I started activity as a Member of the FIDIC Integrity Management Committee.
