With 30+ years of experience across Pakistan, the Gulf, Africa, and multinational mandates, my work connects infrastructure delivery, dispute resolution, and governance reform in complex, crisis-sensitive environments.
Recently approved by the 𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗣 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘂 for the 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 (𝗚𝗣𝗡) 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗥𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, I support UN Country Offices with technical advisory, crisis governance, post-conflict infrastructure oversight, and contract-based dispute avoidance systems.
I integrate FIDIC-based governance with strategic control systems that improve cost certainty, schedule discipline, and institutional transparency. My focus lies in remote project leadership, dispute avoidance, and capacity building, enabling sustainable delivery in resource-constrained or high-risk contexts.
As an Arbitrator, Mediator, Dispute Board Member, and Expert Witness, I prioritise outcomes that are fair, enforceable, and culturally attuned. My engagements with international organisations and tribunals reflect a commitment to disciplined interpretation, procedural integrity, and ethical decision-making.
During my tenure as a Sapper Officer, I led the planning and execution of major infrastructure under domestic, UN, and NATO mandates — including transportation corridors, water systems, and strategic housing programmes. Post-service, I have continued working across government and international sectors, using systems thinking to simplify complexity and reinforce governance.
Today, I operate at the intersection of strategy, infrastructure, crisis governance, and dispute resolution — helping stakeholders achieve resilient, accountable, and contractually sound outcomes. My work turns complexity into structured opportunity through disciplined governance, foresight, and collaborative leadership.
At core, I remain a systems thinker shaped by the discipline of the Army and the philosophy of law — focused not only on resolving disputes but on designing systems that prevent them.
