During my tenure as a serving Colonel in the Pakistan Army, I led the planning, construction, and operational delivery of complex infrastructure projects under domestic, UN, and NATO frameworks—spanning infrastructure development transportation/highways, water supply systems, and strategic housing programs. These assignments demanded agile leadership, mission alignment, and technical precision in high-risk operational contexts. Post-retirement, I continued this trajectory, steering civil and government infrastructure ventures across other regions, where I continue to merge technical, managerial, and diplomatic expertise.
Today, I operate at the intersection of strategy, infrastructure, and dispute resolution—guiding public and private stakeholders toward resilient, cost-optimized, and contractually sound outcomes.
