I have over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Over the past 2 years, I have operated my own consultancy business, primarily in the global facades industry, handling disputes over claims, payment, defects, valuation, and technical matters, as well as contract negotiations, both in the UK and overseas. I have been actively involved in many adjudications and mediations over this period regarding technical, quantum, legal, and claims disputes. I also regularly provide technical advice on specifications and compliance.
