Talibah Byron-Chiverton is a lawyer based in St. Kitts and Nevis with a growing practice in alternative dispute resolution of commercial, insolvency, and construction disputes. She has completed formal specialised training in arbitration, mediation, adjudication and Dispute Board Resolution Foundation (DBRF) procedures. Talibah is actively building a practice dedicated to the resolution of complex disputes with efficiency and fairness.

Talibah is committed to advancing the use of ADR across the Caribbean and supporting professionals, stakeholders and institutions in adopting effective dispute avoidance and resolution mechanisms. She is a member of the CIArb Caribbean Branch and is keen to contribute to the development of ADR in the region.
