Mrs. Cecilia Ekanem Madueke is a distinguished Legal Practitioner and governance professional with over 30 (thirty) years of post-call experience. She is a graduate of the University of Buckingham and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987 after qualifying at the Nigerian Law School. She is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Nigeria, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, and a Certified Mediator, and member of the panel of neutrals of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse.
