Personal bio

Manvir Ahluwalia holds a B.A., LL.B from the National Law University, Delhi (India), and is deeply engaged in the fields of Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Public and Private International Law as well as Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. He attended the Winter Courses a the Hague Academy of International law (Netherlands) in 2025 and holds Certificate in Law from Queen's University (Kingston, Ontario), where he studied public, constitutional, and workplace law. He also earned a Diploma in International Arbitration from the Arbitration Lab, underscoring his interest in transnational legal frameworks and dispute resolution. In addition to this, He attended the Global Trade Law Academy 2024 (International Trade Law) at the National University of Singapore.

Manvir has significantly contributed to legal academia and policy through his role as an Assistant Editor for the International Journal for Transparency and Accountability in Governance, where he helped shape editorial direction and contributed to the successful organization of a UN-affiliated Global Symposium on corruption and governance. In addition, he served as a Teaching Assistant at NLU Delhi, supporting legal instruction, facilitating peer learning, and evaluating student research and writing.

Outside his legal work, Manvir serves as Chair of the Mississauga-Malton Youth Council, advising MP Iqwinder Gaheer on youth-centered federal policy, and was recognized as a United Nations Millennium Fellow, through which he co-founded "The Street Tails", a non-profit initiative aimed at improving animal welfare in India through sustainable legal reform.

Currently, Manvir also serves as Chief Compliance Officer at Dil Se Media Group (Toronto), ensuring legal adherence in digital broadcasting operations.
