Declan is a highly qualified civil engineer and dispute resolution professional with extensive experience across infrastructure, construction law, and conflict management. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, Declan combines technical expertise with legal insight to navigate complex contractual and regulatory environments.

As a Member of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland (MIEI) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Declan's work spans public and private sector projects, with a focus on resolving disputes efficiently and ethically.
