Quantity Surveying and furthered my studies in Construction to Project Management and working in the Construction field, I again in retrained to gain a Masters Degree in Law Construction Law and Arbitration where I have been the Contracts Manager in Major Infrastructure Projects in Europe, Middle East, Russia and the USA.
I have over 40 years experience in the Construction Industry from apprentice to Site Management, Project Management to now as a Contracts Manager.

Type of Contracts include FIDIC, State of Qatar Private Engineer Office Contract. NDIA Contracts, Qatar Foundation Contracts, JCT, NEC 3, AIA and Bespoke Contracts. Understanding the relevant Contract Laws of each Contracts Seat

Duties include Dispute Resolution, EoT Claims, Negotiation’s, Formation and Protection of Claims, reviewing pre Tender Contracts, Writing Contracts, JV letters of Intent, Signing of Contracts, Warranties Contractual letters, Contractual and Legal advice for the Project teams all Contractual duties up an till the Completion of the Obligations of the Parties including the release of Liens.
