Barrister Shajib Mahmood Alam is an Advocate having rights of audience before the courts, tribunals and Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He has an active presence in International & local commercial dispute resolution. He regularly takes part in mediations as mediator and also takes part in arbitrations. At present, he is the Managing Partner of a leading local law firm in Bangladesh known as BDLP or Bangladesh Law Partners. BDLP is known for enforcing foreign arbitral awards in Bangladesh and has a moderately sized team providing one stop legal services. He has delivered multiple speeches at events raising awareness about the benefits of ADR and has been recognised for the same as well.
