Kauzya Siwale has 38 years’ experience in the construction Industry. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (FRICS), Arbitrator (FCIArb) , Professional Registered Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) in South Africa and principal and founder of KV Siwale & Associates. Area of specialization are Quantity surveying, Project management and Arbitration. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from South Bank University –London, MSc Project Management from University of Pretoria(RSA) and LLM in Construction Law, Arbitration and Adjudication from Robert Gordon University (Scotland). His experience is both in Construction and Consultancy having worked in Botswana, UK, Trinidad and Tobego, South Africa and Zambia. Academic work included Lecturing at University of Johannesburg, South Africa in undergraduate programs and University of Zambia as Post-graduate lecturer for MEng (project Management courses). He has conducted training on various topics in association with MIHUD (Ministry of Infrastructure Housing and Urban Development) and ACEZ (Association of Consulting Engineers of Zambia).
