Tizyo has 13 years post qualification experience as a solicitor/barrister in Zambia. She advises local and international clients on high-value mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, bespoke financing structures, corporate restructuring and arrangements across key sectors such as mining, energy, banking, telecommunication, construction and infrastructure and real estate.
