Dr Doris Aja-Eke is an Assistant Professor at the School of Politics and International Relations, University College Dubin, Ireland and the Principal Mediator and ADR Specialist at Duna ADR — a practitioner and academic who brings rare depth to complex, high-stakes disputes. Her work spans political, governmental, international, and governance contexts, informed by years of rigorous scholarship and hands-on engagement with the structures that shape conflict and resolution at the highest levels.
As an Assistant Professor at University College Dublin, her teaching and research sit at the intersection of international politics, law, diplomacy, and governance. This academic foundation does not merely complement her practice — it sharpens it, equipping her to navigate the legal, political, and relational dimensions of disputes that other practitioners may find opaque.
Dr Doris Aja-Eke has worked with both academic and non-academic institutions across Africa, Europe, and the US, such as the United Nations, World Health Organisations, and Political Parties. It is this breadth, precise where precision matters, and strategic where strategy demands, that defines the Duna ADR approach to mediation, arbitration and dispute resolution.
