He is a senior dispute resolution practitioner with Harneys, a global offshore law firm. His practice spans commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, trust disputes, and international arbitration, often involving high-value and multi-jurisdictional elements.

Warren obtained his FCIArb in late 2021, and has a longstanding interest in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He has appeared in or advised on numerous arbitration-related matters, including enforcement of awards, interim relief, freezing injunctions, and jurisdictional issues across common law and offshore jurisdictions. Now serving his second consecutive term as Chair of the CIArb Bermuda Branch, Warren has been instrumental in reinvigorating the Branch’s presence both locally and internationally. Under his leadership, the Branch has delivered a strong calendar of events, including CPD-accredited seminars, cross-border collaborations, and is assisting with the initiation of Bermuda's latest ADR initiative -the Family Arbitration Service. He is committed to promoting excellence in arbitration and fostering a vibrant community of practitioners in Bermuda and the wider Caribbean region.

Warren is also an active mentor and speaker, dedicated to supporting the next generation of dispute resolution professionals and enhancing awareness of arbitration as a vital mechanism for commercial dispute resolution.
