Personal bio
Mihir Naniwadekar is an arbitrator and legal practitioner with experience and interest in taxation and
international arbitration. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Mihir sits as arbitrator in commercial disputes, and has been appointed as arbitrator by the Bombay High
Court on multiple occasions. He accepts appointments by parties and appointing institutions as sole arbitrator as well as member of a tribunal consisting of multiple arbitrators. Mihir also continues an
advisory practice (particularly in areas relating to international taxation).
