Mr Lombe Mbalashi

Lombe Mbalashi is the Managing Partner of Mbalashi C. & Associates, a Lusaka-based law firm specialising in corporate and commercial transactions, mining, energy , international arbitration, and sports law.
With over twenty years of progressive legal experience spanning private practice and senior in-house counsel roles, Lombe brings deep expertise in Commercial Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Stock Exchange Listings, International Arbitration, Mining Law, Commercial Litigation, Sports Law and Advisory, Conveyancing and liaison with various Governmental Department and Regulators. He served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of ZCCM Investments Holdings PLC; the Government of Zambia's principal mining investment vehicle where he was part of landmark arbitral claims with counterparties.
Lombe is an Advocate of the Supreme Court and High Court of Zambia, a member of the Law Association of Zambia, and a member of the International Bar Association and holds an LLB from the University of Zambia and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial. He has completed executive education in Mergers and Acquisitions at Harvard Law School and currently serves as FIFA Integrity Officer for Zambia as well as a member of the Legal and Statutes Committee of the Council of Southern African Football Associations.
