He is skilled in various aspects of corporate law, corporate financing, restructuring, liquidation, mergers, and acquisition. He is outstanding in negotiations and has vast experience in arranging/ supervising seamless large-scale commercial transactions. He is an advisor to different blue-chip companies both in Nigeria and abroad.
