Martin is a Barrister specialising in commercial, energy, construction and commercial disputes, and international arbitration.
In construction and energy matters, he has appeared as counsel for employers, main contractors and subcontractors in arbitration and court litigation disputes concerning delays, extension of time, prolongation costs, damages for defective works, variations, and other related claims.
Martin has also appeared as counsel for various parties in commercial claims covering insolvency, contractual disputes, shareholders and directors disputes.
Martin has an in-depth knowledge of English law, DIFC law and UAE law.
Martin is a member of 33 Chancery Lane Chambers in London practising from his base full time in the UAE.
