Personal bio
I am a legal practitioner and advocate of the superior courts of Zambia with eight years of extensive judicial experience across multiple divisions of the Zambian courts, including the High Court, the Commercial Division, the Financial and Economic Crimes Court, the General List, and the Industrial and Labour Division; underpinned by academic and professional credentials. I hold a Master’s degree in International Trade Law from the University of Cape Town, specializing in international commercial transactions, international commercial arbitration, and comparative business law in Africa. I also hold an MBA and an LLB from the University of Zambia.
I serve as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court. My experience combines expertise in commercial law, labour and employment matters, judicial research, and alternative dispute resolution, reflecting a strong commitment to the advancement of legal and arbitration practice.
