Personal bio
I am a Legal Advisor, Mediator, and Arbitrator registered with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), the Gulf Commercial Arbitration Centre (GCCCAC), and the Mecca International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (MICCA).
With extensive experience in civil and commercial law, governance, and aviation-industry disputes, I have successfully led and facilitated numerous high-value negotiations, mediations, and arbitration proceedings. My professional approach combines legal precision with a collaborative mindset aimed at achieving fair and sustainable resolutions.
I hold a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) in the United Kingdom and a Fellowship in Legal Finance and Dispute Settlement from the Saudi Judicial Association at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
Academically, I am a PhD researcher in Commercial Law, focusing on the legal frameworks of corporate governance and conflict of interest in joint-stock companies. My qualifications include a Master’s degree in Law, a Bachelor’s degree in Law, a Higher Diploma in Total Quality Management, and several professional diplomas in Judicial Arbitration, International Commercial Arbitration, and Mediation for Maritime Disputes.
Over more than a decade in the aviation industry, I have acquired practical expertise in regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management—bridging technical and legal disciplines in a way that supports effective dispute resolution.
I conduct bilingual arbitration and mediation proceedings and believe that integrity, neutrality, and diligence are the pillars of effective dispute resolution
