Tanushree Ghosh is a seasoned dispute resolution professional with more than a decade of experience in international commercial arbitration, commercial mediation, and cross-border dispute strategy. As Partner – Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) at Asia Law Offices LLP in New Delhi, she leads the firm’s arbitration and mediation practice, advising corporations, founders, investors, and global business groups on complex disputes involving high-value commercial, construction, investment, technology, intellectual property, and shareholder matters.

Tanushree is empanelled as an arbitrator with the Institutional and Industrial Disputes Resolution Centre, strengthening her role as a neutral practitioner. Her practice spans multiple jurisdictions, including India, Singapore, Netherlands, UAE, UK, East-Africa and Germany making her expertise distinctly international.

Tanushree has extensive international experience having acted as briefing counsel and lead advocate in institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations governed by SIAC, ICC, DIAC, UNCITRAL and Indian Arbitration laws seated in Singapore, Paris, Hague, London, UAE and India. Her experience extends from representing multinational companies in closely contested disputes to advising high-net-worth individuals and families during sensitive mediation and negotiated settlements. Over the years, she has developed a reputation for strategic clarity, meticulous case preparation, and the ability to translate commercial concerns into effective legal positions.

As a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London and an accredited IMI and SIMI-qualified mediator, Tanushree has supported and represented clients in diverse business sectors, including construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, technology, education, software, renewable energy, healthcare and family-owned enterprises.
