Mira is a multi-lingual, internationally Certified Arbitrator, Mediator, Strategy & Trial Counsel focused on complex commercial, patent, trade secret, trademark, and technology disputes. She brings in-the-trenches experience, creativity, and grit to craft lasting solutions to resolve disputes and prevent future ones. Mira leverages her AmLaw100 litigation experience in the US Federal Courts and the USPTO, expertise in financial damages analysis, IP infringement analysis, negotiating settlement agreements, federal court jury trial experience, as well as E-Discovery management, and business experience to execute a global strategy for a lasting solution.

Mira is named as "Ones to Watch in America" and "Top Attorney" in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Intellectual Property Litigation, and Patent Litigation by Best Lawyers®, the oldest, most esteemed, and peer-reviewed publication in the legal profession.

Certified in Global Arbitration Law and Practice at the Queen Mary University of London School of Law, London, Mira further honed her Dispute Resolution expertise with Certification in Advanced IP/Tech Mediation and Arbitration at Stanford Law School, and Certification in International Mediation by the Center for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and is Qualified by the International Mediation Institute (IMI).

A Fellow of the Forum for International Conciliation and Arbitration, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), Mira is appointed to the International Trademark Association's (INTA's) ADR Committee, is a member of the NY Int'l Arbitration Center (NYIAC), the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center (SVAMC) and SVAMC’s Asia and Oceania Working Group. She also serves as an editor for the Paris-based Int'l Association of Lawyers (UIA) multi-lingual flagship publication, Juriste International.
