Doreen Kibia is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Arbitrator and Mediator practising in dispute resolution, commercial law and legal advisory. She is the Principal of Doreen Kibia & Company Advocates and has experience in arbitration, mediation, litigation, contract advisory, commercial disputes and procedural support in arbitral proceedings.

Doreen’s practice is grounded in accessible, efficient and procedurally sound dispute resolution, with a particular interest in arbitration practice, mediation, hybrid ADR processes, commercial justice and the development of African dispute resolution systems. She has served as arbitrator, counsel, mediator and tribunal secretary, and is committed to strengthening professional standards, party confidence and procedural fairness in ADR.

She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and actively contributes to the growth of arbitration and ADR practice in Kenya and the wider African region.
