Personal bio
Construction Lawyer with civil engineering background and + 23 years of international construction projects management in three continents. French speaking north african, Russian speaking Eurasian and GCC countries comprise the main territories of my experiences. I am fluent in Russian and French besides English and Turkish, which is my native tongue. The projects where I took parts in different management positions varies in budgets from million to billion dollars. I am very interested to partake in adjudicational and arbitrational roles in international construction disputes.
