Personal bio

Earvin is a Fellow (FCIArb) of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a legal professional based in Illinois, U.S.A. His practice spans international dispute resolution, Native American and Federal Indian law, and private international law. In addition to his dispute resolution practice, he is licensed to practice law before the courts of a number of Native American Nations.

He serves as Moderator of the Young-OGEMID listserv, an international professional network connecting attorneys, arbitrators, and academics in the energy and dispute resolution fields, and as Newsletter Editor on North America for the American Society of International Law's Private International Law Interest Group. Earvin has also served as arbitrator in multiple rounds of the Willem C. Vis and Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moots.

His published works include contributions to the ASIL PILIG Newsletter and Transnational Dispute Management, covering developments in international commercial arbitration, cross-border litigation, and private international law across North American and international jurisdictions.

Earvin is a member of CIArb's North America and New York branches, and previously represented North America in CIArb YMG's Global Steering Committee.
