Lead on Negotiations, Mediations, Arbitrations and High Court claims and advise clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and dispute resolution & settlement options in Contractual Disputes, Construction Disputes, Product Liability, Contentious Trust & Probate, Labour & Employment, Property, Administrative Law & Constitutional Law.
Prepare a range of financing, security and commercial credit documents including mortgage deeds, loan agreements, guarantees, promissory notes; and other commercial agreements for financial institutions.
